Thursday Thank Yous’ #8
A year ago, ESPC Davao opened up.. and I was really lucky to get in. I can just remember the good old days. The office was so bare. And you’ll find me staring at the monitor, wondering if I’d ever understand cakePHP.
Well, I never learned cakePHP actually but the office had grown. There are at least 150 agents working for ESPC Davao now.. and you can’t get by without bumping anybody else 
So today’s Thursday Thank Yous’ goes out to ESPC (for the one who interviewed me 
) and to FL. I have really enjoyed the job and have learned a lot from it!!

Top 3 Reasons you’ll love CSS Overflow
I have been working on a few pages for a few weeks now, and have seen the magic of overflow. And I’d really love to share what I’ve learned.
1. Remember the clearfix workaround I shared a few months ago? Here’s an even easier way.. [if you’re stranded between floated divs, and need something to clear the float so that your container can actually hold the two divs?] You can try overflow:auto; on your container div.

I love January
Even when my birthday is on the last day of January, I still love January..
JANUARY: Stubborn and hard-hearted [Not so true 
]. Ambitious and serious. Loves to teach and be taught [Yip, I love learning.. but I don’t like bossy teachers -who does?!]. Always looking at people’s flaws and weaknesses [Nooooo!]. Likes to criticize [Nope, not me!]. Hardworking and productive [Super me! I word hard.. my boss even said I am a little workaholic..]. Smart, neat and organized [-ahem!]. Sensitive and has deep thoughts. Knows how to make others happy [sometimes! ]. Quiet unless excited or tensed [Quiet, and shy (really shy..)]. Rather reserved. Highly attentive. Resistant to illnesses but prone to colds [hehe, I don’t like getting sick! I always believed that I can always work my way out of sickness]. Romantic but has difficulties expressing love. Loves children. Loyal. Has great social abilities yet easily jealous. Very stubborn and money cautious [Impulsive buyer is more like it.. ].

Yey! It’s friday again.. and this friday is really, really, really delicious. On FFoF #29, we’re all talking about chocolate! Don’t you just love it?
#1. What’s your favorite beverage containing chocolate or chocolate flavoring? McDonald’s Coke Float. [No doubt about that!!]
#2. What’s your favorite chocolate bar? OR Share a pic of your favorite candy, chocolate or otherwise. Hmmm.. that depends on the budget. hehe.. When I’m feeling expensive, I’d love Hersheys, Toblerone, Ferrero Rocher, Red Ribbon’s Blackforest cake.. {and the list goes on and on and on}.. When I’m feeling a bit local (and really need chocolate from a nearby sari-sari store).. I’d go for Safari, Cloud9, Quake and Cream-O.
